section grid dispersion had mistakes in it.
removed outdated parts.

checkpoints were overwritten by zero functions.
Also PML boundaries and viscoelastic modelling now work with checkpointing.
I didnt't implement higher fd-orders in time because checkpoint files would become very large.

CPML is now applied to update of the surface function.
This could be necessary because these functions overwrite the horizontal components sxx and szz on the surface.
Tests with sofi2D showd that if CPML is not applied again for the horizontal surface points, it could lead to
instabilities.

fixed bug which caused segmentation fault by using WRITE_MODELFILE=2

for the test example CPMLs are now the default ... changed the cpml parameters for better results (less reflections)

fixed copy and paste bug in update function of the cpml boundaries.

and corrected a few mistakes.
The date is set by the command \today

Added a detailed description of the Adams-Bashforth method.

TSNAP2 will be set to TIME if TSNAP>TIME. ( Time is recalculated to TIME=NT*DT in sofi3D.c and thus can differ to TIME given in .json. So even if TIME and TSNAP2 are equal in .json they can differ in the checkfd functions)
