Fix maven cache repository path

Previously the cache expected "repository" but it was set to
".repository", causing unnecessary maven dependency downloads.

Run test against all compilers for PRs

This hopefully helps Paul judge whether a test is useful or not, as the
results of the various compilers are directly visible.
