[NEW][CLOSE] (lisousi): close issue#5 open issue#6

issue#5 is resolved by commit 62436073

issue#6 is newly opened:
Application of the direct-wave transformation by lisousi is not reasonable. It
results in a division by zero. Make the program catch such cases and bail out
with an appropriate error message.

issue #5: lisousi documentation is inappropriate
------------------------------------------------
lisousi documentation is inappropriate
The documentation of lisousi in inappropriate in that it does not refer to
the scientific publications referred to at opentoast. It should give clear
and unambiguous statements regarding the options required to select the
standard types of transformations, which are
direct wave transformation
single velocity transformation
reflected wave transformation
hybrid transformation

catch unreasonable parameters
lisousi should catch cases in which the source to receiver offset vanishes
TODO
====
- test test cases in examples
provide a reasonable set
- add new test cases in examples
- document test cases in examples
- rework README
