[WP] (install): only a few todo are remaining

what's cooking on branch install
--------------------------------
decision
--------
I abandon the option of providing tar-balls for individual packages
additionally. The gitlab server offers tar-balls for git snapshots for people
avoiding git. It appears unreasonable to maintain the creation of snapshot
tar-balls in parallel, since Seitosh is available for anonymous download.
todo
----
Provide proper error handling in compile.sh
On GPI hosts static linking fails for instance
files:
contrib/SeitoshBashrc
- check contents
- discard unused content
- maybe rename variables
contrib/checklibs.sh
- add file
src/README.compile
- rework contents
src/README.pgplot
- rework contents
src/README.dependencies
- rework contents
src/README.make.variables
- rework contents
INSTALL.md
- rework contents
wiki/doc/PGPLOT
- correct link to wiki/doc/installation
wiki/doc/installation
- rework contents
wiki/doc/compiler
- add file
- rework contents
wiki/home
- properly refer to installation instructions
notes
-----
The branch 'install' is dedicated to the development of a proper install
scheme. Issues to be addressed are:
- README files are scattered over several subdirectories
- README files still address users of snapshot tar-balls
- installation currently is supported by compile.sh
this should undergo a review
- compile.sh currently misses some subdirectories
this is issue#4 in https://git.scc.kit.edu/Seitosh/Seitosh
-----------------------
---- steps to take ----
-----------------------
1. re-organize top-level README files
in src/pakete there should only remain such files that are
specific to tar-balls
2. adjust Makefile.packages accordingly
3. adjust top-level Makefile to support installation
