[WP][TASK] (ticket10tsio): reorganize source code files

This is a legacy commit from before 2015-03-01. It may be incomplete as well as inconsistent. See COPYING.legacy and README.history for details. Basic rename The contents of sfftimeseries.h basically is an SFF type TimeSeries in the sense of libtsxx. Contents will be split into different source code files.
