confirmed: program passes correct header date to libdatrwxx; file contains
wrong value

problem: sigfit produces unreasonable data start time values upon output of

a new option for resaseda provides the shrink option in the resample function
of the interpolator

  - automatically convert comma to whitespace in
    coordinate parameters
  - support creation of info data

Option flag envelope was set to .true. implicitely be default. Initialize flag
with .false. and set only to .true. if no other option is selected on the
command line.

Let program report actually selected flags.

Previous version calculated offset in any case. This resulted in a fatal error
if for example only the receiver coordinates were specified in spherical
coordinates. The default for SRCE if cartesian coordinates. The function
calculating the offset complained because of this inconsistency.

The parameter datetolerance was not used when comparing the start time of
signals.

Scaling of signal traces is useful if a linear combination of a set of traces
shall be computed rather than the correction of a signal. This kind of
application has to be carried out when predicting disturbances caused by
magnetic field in seismic recordings, for examples.

For large time series operation in the Fourier domain is computationally more
efficient than discrete time domain convolution or cross-correlation.

program operates correctly in convolution mode; though results are not yet as
expected in cross-correlation mode

code compiles, program still does not produce desired output
