The usage text displays the current set of implemented options on groups them
in a meaningful manner. The help text is accomplished by notes regarding
implemented and not yet implemented options.

stuploxx makes use of libpgplotxx and now uses the new path names for header
files of libpgplotxx.

Do not place usage text string contents inside the device classes.
It is not necessary nor reasonable to encapsulate them there.

reorganize source code files by placing struct and class declarations and
definitions in separate files.

It is common practice in Seitosh to indicate C++ code by a trailing "xx". All
files in libpgplotxx are renamed accordingly. Additionally all header files
are now placed in subdirectory of LOCINCLUDEDIR

C++ codes in Seitosh commonly are identified by a trailing "xx" rather than a
trailing "++".

The file spcpgplotCpp.h was a stub and was never filled or used.

When text files are converted to C++ string constants, escape symbols must be
properly masked.

C++ source code and header files for descriptive text automatically produced
from text files should be removed in the clean target.

I require the building blocks for descriptive text.

All options as listed in usage text are declared in constantsoptions.cc

All file specific options as listed in the usage text are implemented and
ready to use.

Currently defined options are collected in usage text.

Next:
- sort options reasonably
- add file parameters to usage
- adjust help message appropriately
- distinguish between actually active options and such options which are
  defined in the source code but have no effect yet.
- remove examples text and provide markdown file with examples

gitignore expects exactly one entry per line

Some subdirectories require directory specific settings for gitignore.

The usage and help information provided by stuploxx is incoherent with the
actual code. This branch is dedicated to the effort to synchronize the
description with the actual status of the program.
