All options as listed in usage text are declared in constantsoptions.cc

All file specific options as listed in the usage text are implemented and
ready to use.

Currently defined options are collected in usage text.

- sort options reasonably
- add file parameters to usage
- adjust help message appropriately
- distinguish between actually active options and such options which are
  defined in the source code but have no effect yet.
- remove examples text and provide markdown file with examples

This option provides the caluclation of values representing the values for a
time series of which the derivative with time was taken. Support the
calculation of PSD for acceleration where input time series is velocity.
