All options in the mail section which are no longer mandatory to csbackntfy.py are no longer expected by csback2cron.py but are just evaluated, if provided in the config file. No consistency checks are performed. A such created crontab entry still may be rejected by csbackntfy.py

With this commit a reasonable default sender address is created from local data. It was common practice to use sender address strings which not actually were valid email addresses but just looked like. csbackntfy no is able to send a message with a minimum number of parameters provided on the command line: ./csbackntfy.py -D 1 -S /var/log/csback.status -r thomas.forbriger@kit.edu

Variable LOGGER was expected to contain the path to the binary executable for the syslog logger. This was still missing. Additionally remove/replace SVN keywords.
