This is just a collection of bits and pieces and cannot be run usefully yet.

When reading data file pathnames from the parameter file, the directory
separator '/' was a field separator in Fortran free format list input. The
program now explicitely reads an ASCII string and finds the first blank in the
string to extract the full pathname.

Some settings of make variables were still missing in cases, where users have
not installed the Seitosh environment. Set reasonable default values in
Makefile.

Merge recent changes of vendor into unix.

tricrosp.sh is a control script to run a complete cross spectral coherency
analyses. The final result of the run is a graphical display of the signal
values.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/sleeman'

Programs now ready for compilation with gfortran:
software/sleeman/bandnois.f
software/sleeman/tri2db.f
software/sleeman/tricrosp.f
software/sleeman/twocrosp.f

Source code now gets compiled by gfortran without complaints.

Merge branch 'toy'

this commit finishes the first version of winplot.sh

evaluate all parameters given on command line and in parameter file and set
stuplox options accordingly.

Usage information as well as some additional command line parameters shall be
supported. This commit adds basic code blocks for this purpose.

Implement all parameters which can already be supported by stuplox.

Missing:
 - removal of average
 - limitation to positive data values
 - sample range selection
