[TASK] (vendor): import snapshot of 14. May 2015

Import files from the snapshot taken on May 14th 2015.
Contents  CONTENTS-ls-lR.txt and CONTENTS-tree.txt reflect the imported files.

Import
 - software-overview.doc
 - all Fortran and Basic source code
 - parameter files to control the programs
 - program documentation (doc files in many cases)
 - a few DOS batch files

Not considered for vendor import:
 - all binary executables and binary libraries
 - text files outside the software subdirectory
 - zip archives
 - example output and example data files
 - html index files
