refactor & simplify backend interface

the interface for backends (backend.User / backend.Group) has been extended over and over with the developments to feudal
we need to restructure and clarify what is required for implementing a new backend
first attempt in ldf_adapter/backend/example.py or ldf_adapter/backend/interface-definition.py
also needs to be documented better

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
