# Email Templates

To see a list of E-Mail Templates you have to click the 'E-Mail templates' in the admin menue under the category 'Administration'. The url is `admin/service/list-email-templates.xhtml`. Your user needs the `MasterAdmin` role for the changing the e-mail templates.

## Create an E-Mail Template
|
|
|
|
|
|
Just click 'Add E-Mail template' on the list of e-mail templates. Choose a name. The template will be referenced later with this name.

|
## Changing an E-Mail Template
|
|
|
|
|
|
Choose an e-mail template from the list and click edit.
|

| **Name** | string | | Name of the e-mail template. Has to be used as reference later. You can change the name, but the references will not be changed. |

| **From** | e-mail | | Is used to set the From field via javax.mail API `message.setFrom`. Will throw an AddressException if the value is not a valid e-mail address. |

|
| **To** | e-mail | | Is used to set the To field via javax.mail API `message.setRecipients(Message.RecipientType.TO`. Uses the term `InternetAddress.parse(to, false)` to resolve e-mail address. |
|

|
| Cc | e-mail | | Is used to set the To field via javax.mail API `message.setRecipients(Message.RecipientType.CC`. Uses the term `InternetAddress.parse(to, false)` to resolve e-mail address. |
|

| Bcc | e-mail | | Is used to set the To field via javax.mail API `message.setRecipients(Message.RecipientType.BCC`. Uses the term `InternetAddress.parse(to, false)` to resolve e-mail address. |
