newton optimizer works. unit tests for it work. Quadrature Gauss legendre must be on full sphere. Header clean up

Code refactoring: Adaption to name conventions. Legacy Code Removed. Removed String array options in Config and replaced by safer vector<string> variants

Added code comments and some override specifiers for better readbility. Added inline specifiers for less function overhead
