Add Unit Tests for Lookup Quadratures

Add unit tests for Lookup quadratures.

Tested features:

  • Quadrature Points on unit sphere?
  • Sum of weights is 4*PI ?
  • Can integrate constant function with suitable accuracy?
  • Is weights vector as long as nq (prescribed number of quadrature points) ?
  • Is points vector as long as nq (prescribed number of quadrature points) ?

Test accuracy is 10^-4 (Lookup table values are not too accurate)
