Feat subtitle #53

Overview

I added a subtitle for both plots, which includes the informations of selected location and time.

Regarding the changes in LatitudeBandSelector.js:
I moved the findLatitudeBandByLocation function outside of the component
to have access to it in optionsFormatter.js to get the text for the latitude values.
