Change User Region Tag #54

Update

Brackets have been removed from user region and subtitle.
Custom tag has been removed from subtitle

Overview

I substituted the user region tag (x-axis of RR plot) with the selected latitude.
Also I removed the region part of the subtitle in the RR plot, since you dont need it because of the plot type.

Note

Changes might have produced some bugs.
Please have a look for them.
