Feat region selector #23

uqgie requested to merge feat_RegionSelector_#23 into develop

What I have done

  • I implemented the RegionSelector (no functionality)
  • I made the Sidebar interchangable based on what plot type is selected. Now the specific config files can be used too. (with functionality)
