* Parameter entities are shifted by the correct amount.
* All Return nodes are lowered, if there is more than one.

Heur1 is long gone, so there is nothing to improve anymore.

This fixes opt/boolopt2.c.

This fixes opt/fehler300.c.

With an immediate shift amount we can swap between ShlD/ShrD and negate the shift amount, if the output gets the same register as the second input.

The new anchor gets the transformed operands earlier already.

Their values are either unused or trivial, i.e. result k has reg_offset k.

This is simpler, removes some code duplication and makes the backends more robust against duplicate Projs of Start, which can happen if optimisations are disabled.

This fixes opt/reassoc035.c.
