Duplicate Projs are a problem when CSE is off, e.g. -O0.

Duplicate Projs are a problem when CSE is off, e.g. -O0.

The name is misleading (only the size is replicated, not the contents).
Further, they were only used by the corresponding DUP_ARR_*().

mode_b is a data mode.

So far, we create care information with the wrong mode.
Thus, the care_for function conservatively mark all bits as relevant.

Before, the transfer function for Shrs was wrong for unsigned modes.

-T means something entierly different for non-GNU ar.

- alignment is set on each single IncSP now instead of a global arch_env
  setting
- fixed ia32 not requesting any alignment anymore (even on darwin where
  we need it)
- fixed amd64 creating IncSP nodes without flag_modifies_flags set
