The name is misleading (only the size is replicated, not the contents).
Further, they were only used by the corresponding DUP_ARR_*().

Just state the copyright and the project the files belong to. You can
then find the COPYING file for the whole project.

It is hardly able to catch problems, because most arrays contain pointers.

Now every bit in the public API is documented so we can enable doxygen
warnings for undocumented members.

libFirm can now be build as static and as dynamic library.
Two defines control it:
FIRM_BUILD must be set when libFirm is build.
FIRM_DLL must be set if libFirm is build as a dynamic library.
