Warn user if keysize is capped
Currently, when generating a new RSA key pair, if the specified key size is less than 2048 bit or more than 8192 bit, it is silently adjusted to 4096 bit. A warning message to the user seems to be a good idea so that nobody is surprised when, say, 16384-bit keys are requested that 4096-bit keys are delivered.
