Since gitlab offers a mechanism to download snapshot tar-balls and since their
is no need to separate parts of the code in Seitosh from the rest of the
repository (as was the case in TFSoftware), I abandon the mechanism to create
snapshot packages. In the future there will be only one single mechnism to
install the complete repository.

src/pakete is removed with all its contents, except some files which are
independent of the package mechanism and which will still be required in the
future. These files are moved to other locations.
