Jabref missing on Fedora 29

Fedora 29 does not provide jabref. There is a package called jabref, but its dependency on jempbox is not fulfilled.

There are also known upstream bugs, blocking the current versions of jabref to work under Fedora 29: https://help.jabref.org/en/Installation#fedora-and-openjdk https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1644712 https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/4473

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
