Deregister registries with the status LOST_ACCESS. Registries are in status LOST_ACCESS, when the access rules fails, because of wrong or missing attributes.

|service_short_name||String||The service shot name of the service, for which the regsitries are deregistered.|
|lost_access_since_millis||long||Registries that has this status since this value in milliseconds (ie. 2592000000 for 30 days).|
|last_user_update_millis||long||14 days||If the las update is older than this value in milliseconds, the user will be updated before the deregister process. If the status of this registry changes, it will not be deregistered.|
|registries_per_exec||integer||1||This value determines how many registries are deregistered at once. This can reduce load on the database and prevents too long running database transaction, if a low value is chosen. Ie. only 1 registry, but every minute|
