Beta Release

This version includes following features:

1. Automatic graph generation of workflow Dataflow.
2. Complete workflow construction for SimStack with input/output mapping.
3. Validating firework and SimStack workflow against schema (xml or JSON) to avoid runtime error.

The functionality of wfGenes is verified against golden result computed from original workflow in [1].
